Pre-existing Homes

pre existing homes a site visit is required in order to check construction type, clearances, availability of gas, water and
electricity supplies and layout of rooms within the home. A home visit also offers the opportunity to discuss boiler positioning,
radiator placements and answer any question or concerns you might have.
New builds
For new homes under construction a site visit is not necessary but is a favorable. A site
visit allows us to discuss boiler and radiator placement options and allows our staff to build an accurate picture of your
new home. Alternatively, we are able to offer a quote based on detailed construction plans of your home, these plans should
include the following details: elevations, window sizes and type of construction.
